Velocity@Novena Square is Singapore’s first sports and active lifestyle mall where shoppers can find all their active lifestyle needs under one roof. The mall central atrium opens into an impressive skylight and the mall’s exterior drape in waves-like vibrant green curtain wall creates a strong architectural statement, alike an open field waiting to be explored. An intended venue for sports events, it held the first urban obstacle challenge – Velocity Urban Attack, the only cage basketball tournament – B-Ball Battle, Velocity 2-on-2 Beach Volleyball Competitions and worked with partners for NBA Madness Asian Tour 2007, 40th Singapore International Opening Bowling Championships, etc. Velocity constantly contributes to the sporting community by sponsoring the venue for more than 60% of the race kit collections in Singapore and works with Singapore Disability Sports Council to showcase these special group of athletes.
